3D films, exploded views, illustrated instructions and parts catalogues, made from your CAD. To sell your machines, deliver them and keep them running.
Input
A STEP export of the assembly. Failing that, drawings and photos.
01Gerfaut G10, robotic cell: one axis in exploded view (encoder, brake, motor, gearbox). Fictional brand, demo film.
Sht. 02What holds the sale back
A machine sells badly when nobody can see it.
Item
Situation
What it costs you
01
Too big, too heavy, already delivered or not built yet: your machine can’t come to the trade fair.
A stand with a photo and a brochure. Visitors walk past.
02
What matters happens under the guards, under pressure, in a cleanroom or an ATEX zone. Nobody can film it.
The advantage that justifies your price stays invisible: you get compared on price.
03
You sell from drawings: the machine will be built after the order.
Your customer commits to a drawing they can’t read.
04
The decision is made by several people: purchasing, engineering, management.
Your contact has to defend your machine in a meeting, without you.
05
Filming on site: production stoppage, safety, the end customer’s approval.
Shop-floor footage under strip lights, or no footage at all.
06
Installation and maintenance rely on a PDF manual, in several languages.
Assembly errors, service calls, technicians to train abroad.
07
A spare part is ordered by phone, from a photo and a misread part number.
Mistakes, delays, and parts bought elsewhere.
Sht. 03Bill of deliverables
One CAD file. The whole life of the machine.
On the first project, we rebuild your machine in 3D, part by part: that is the twin. It is used to sell it, deliver it and keep it running: films, images, instructions, parts catalogue. That is why every variation costs little.

Sht. 04Work
The standard, for real.
Three demo machines, three fictitious brands: the studio is young and refuses to display fake references. What you see is the level you will get.
01Gerfaut G10 · robotic cell
3D product film, 77 s, in French, English and German
A full 6 s cycle, in real time.
One axis in exploded view: encoder, brake, motor, gearbox.
The strain wave gear in cutaway, running.
The control panel screen animated, pixel-perfect.
Delivered with the 4K trade fair loop, 30 cut-downs and 12 stills. Case study
02Galerne V37 · screw compressor
4K trade fair loop, 38 s, no sound
The air followed from intake to discharge, through the cut-away screws.
The thermal map: where the energy goes.
The heat recovered, circuit by circuit.
Wide, steady shots, readable from three metres.
With the vertical 4K totem, the square version and six images. Case study
03Ossature · GPU compute node
The compute node, part by part, 50 s
Taken apart piece by piece, along the real axes.
Each part shown on its own, with its key figure.
Reassembled, then slid back into its rack, without a single cut.
On 20 January 2027, every manual will be reopened. It might as well sell your spare parts.
Every machine placed on the market from that date falls under Regulation (EU) 2023/1230: the declaration of conformity changes its reference, and the instructions need reviewing. The regulation allows digital instructions without requiring them. While you are reopening them, make them work for you.
01Exploded view rendered from the CAD, with numbered parts list (Gerfaut G10, fictitious brand). The same image serves the film, the instructions and the parts catalogue.
Instructions illustrated from your CAD: views, exploded views by sub-assembly, item numbers.
A clickable parts catalogue: your customer picks the part on the exploded view and sends the request to your service team with the serial number.
One QR code per serial number, on the machine: the right instructions, in the right version.
Printable, downloadable, online for at least 10 years, as Article 10 requires.

2027 instructions check
Send us your current instructions as a PDF. Within 48 hours, you receive the list of points to review before 20 January 2027, and what illustrated instructions would bring you. Confidential, no commitment.
A preparation list based on the text of your instructions. It is not a conformity assessment: that is a matter for your risk assessment and, where applicable, a notified body.

Sht. 08Confidentiality
Your CAD stays your secret.
Under the EU Trade Secrets Directive, information is only protected if it is subject to “reasonable steps to keep it secret” (Directive 2016/943, Art. 2). A signed agreement with every supplier is one of them.
01
Before any file
An NDA is signed before you send us anything: yours or ours.
02
Only what’s needed
A simplified version of the assembly is often enough. Tell us which parts to hide or simplify on screen.
03
Single use
Your files are used for this project only, never published, and deleted at the end of the project if you wish.
04
Nothing without you
Neither the film nor your name is shown publicly without your written consent.
Sht. 09Questions
Your questions, our answers.
Which files do we need to provide?
A STEP export of the full assembly, which every CAD package can produce (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, Creo, Fusion…), your data sheets and your brand guidelines. Without CAD, drawings and photos are enough for modelling, quoted separately.
Our machine doesn’t exist yet. Is that possible?
Yes, it’s actually the ideal case: the CAD is enough. You show the machine before the first prototype, to sell from drawings or open pre-orders.
Will the film be true to the machine?
Yes. The geometry comes from your CAD, part by part, and every part comes out along its real removal axis, without passing through another. Your engineering team approves the animatic and every figure before rendering: we never show a machine you don’t build.
Will you be ready for your next trade fair?
Allow 3 to 4 weeks for a product film and 2 weeks for a trade fair loop, from receipt of usable CAD. For Global Industrie (Lyon, 15–18 March 2027), order a film by early February at the latest, a loop by mid-February.
How much time does our engineering team need to spend on it?
About two hours in total: the STEP export, then reviewing the animatic and the figures.
Can we use the films everywhere?
Yes: website, trade fairs, social, tenders, training, at your distributors. Commercial rights to the delivered files are yours once payment is complete.
What about the next machine?
The 3D twin, the studio set-up and the materials are reused: every further machine in the same range costs 30% less.
Will digital instructions be mandatory in 2027?
No. Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 allows them, provided they clearly identify the model, the machine indicates how to access them, they can be printed, downloaded and saved, they stay online for at least 10 years, and a paper copy is supplied free of charge within one month to any buyer who asks for it. What changes for everyone on 20 January 2027: the declaration of conformity and several sections of the instructions.
Do you write our instructions?
No. Your engineering team remains their author and is responsible for them. We lay them out, illustrate them from your CAD, publish them and keep them up to date. Missing sections are flagged to you, never written in your place.
Do you animate software too?
Yes, that is our motion studio. It is what lets us animate your machine’s control screen in the same film, down to the pixel.
